ABOUT ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
We have made it explicitly clear that we don’t have a cancellation policy. Orders cannot be cancelled, regardless of whether the buyer placed them accidentally or for any other reason. Minors should place their orders with the assistance of their parents or guardians. Under no circumstances may orders placed on our website be cancelled. If a minor places an order without advising their parents or guardians, the minor and parents or guardians of the minor will handle the situation. If the parents or guardians or anyone else cancels a Cash on delivery order at the door claiming it was a mistake or for any other reason, there will be a penalty of 2000 INR per item in addition to the total amount that is supposed to pay by the buyer. We at thehallyustore reserve the right to bring the buyer before a consumer court and impose an additional fee of 3000 INR for the damage & losses resulting from their refusal of the package. The buyer will be responsible for covering all costs associated with this process, including any court fees or other costs.
CUSTOM CLEARANCE PROCESS
International goods typically clear customs in a week, but occasionally there are custom holds that can cause a delay. The buyer will have to wait until the item is cleared by customs if the process takes longer than anticipated. thehallyustore is not accountable for prolonged customs delays. Government representatives are in charge of the customs clearance process, so we will have to wait until they clear the shipment.
REFUND POLICY
refunds are only made when the product goes out of stock from the seller’s side.
NO EXCHANGE POLICY
Outer box/case/ cover is for protecting goods underneath, scratches, flaws, discoloration, etc on the outer box/case/cover or any manufacturing defects can not be the reason for exchanging.
RETURN POLICY
Wrong orders placed / size issue or any other reason cannot be used for returns. we have a strictly no return policy.
CHANGE OF PRICES
Prices of our products are subjected to change without notice, we have the right to change the price as per the situation. Orders can get canceled as an early out of stock. Outbox/outer case is for the protection of goods, there will be no refund/exchange if at all there’s harm to the outbox.
USE OF OUR PRODUCTS
Our products are legal, safe to use if at all you make illegal use of them, we have the right to take the help of the law to take strict actions against you.
RESTRICTIONS, BILLING, ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We have the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that are placed by buyers. You agree to provide complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website
ORDERS MISPLACED / LOST BY THE COURIER
If the parcel is lost from courier’s side thehallyustore is not responsible for the lost parcel. refunds would not be made in such cases.
RTO/RE-SHIPPING POLICY
If at all the buyer Isn’t present at the time of collecting their order, the buyer has to pay the RTO charges that will be initiated by the carrier. Also, the buyer has to pay the re-shipping fee for shipping their parcel. If at all the buyer denies paying these charges then the buyer will have to follow our “ABOUT ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS” policy
MANUFACTURING DEFECT POLICY
We thehallyustore are not the manufacturers of the official goods but are resellers who help other fans to get their merches / album, any defect within the album / DVD or any other item is not thehallyustore’s responsibility. No refund / no exchange will be done in such cases
MISSING ITEM POLICY / WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED POLICY
if at all the buyer gets a wrong product or anything is missing, an unboxing video should be provided within 24hrs of receiving the order, unboxing video should be clear, shipping label should be visible on the package while recording the video, if at all the package is opened without recording the video then we thehallyustore have a right to deny to the claim.
PARTIAL PAYMENTS / EMI PAYMENT POLICY
Buyers delaying their EMI payments will get a penalty of 20% of the total amount.
