POSTERS / PRE - ORDER BENEFITS / PRE ORDER ITEMS

- Poster tubes should be added in the cart for the posters to be unfolded, if the tubes are not added posters will be sent folded. On adding of poster tubes there will be additional shipping cost for the tubes

- First press posters / pre order benefits will be only provided during pre orders (Unless sold out / limited)

- If you place an order that includes pre order items / back order items, shipping will be done only once all the items are ready to ship. If you want the instock items to be delivered soon, please place a separate order for that particular item

NO EXCHANGE POLICY

- Outer box / case/ cover is for protecting goods underneath, scrathes, flaws, discoloration, etc on the outer box / case / cover or any manufacturing defects can not be the reason for exchanging

ORDER STATUS & MORE DETAILS

- Once your is successfully is placed you order status will be reflected as ORDERED.

- After the ordering process we shall forward for your order to the supplier, orders are forwarded in batches to the supplier, expected time of placing the order with the supplier is 5-10 days. Once the order is placed the with the supplier your order status will be changed to ORDER PLACED WITH THE SELLER.

- It takes 10/ 15 days for the order to reach our Korean warehouse from the suppliers side. Please note - production delays are expected in some cases.

- Once we receive your order at our Korean warehouse your order status will be changed to ORDER REACHED TO KOREAN WAREHOUSE.

- After the arrival of your order at our Korean warehouse we shall forward for consolidating awaiting packaging at Korean warehouse. It takes 5/7 business working days for the package to get in transit internationally. While in transit to india your order status will be changed to ON THE WAY TO INDIAN WAREHOUSE.

- Expected arrival time of international packages are 10-20 days, please note custom, weather delays are expected.

- On arriving in india your order status will be changed to AWAITING PACKAGING IN INDIA. It takes 5-7 days for the package to get in transit domestically in india.

- After getting in transit you can expect your parcel to be delivered within 7/9 days.
